Rating Agency: Landrieu’s Odds of Winning Reelection A Toss-Up

Next year's Senate race is already gaining national interest as Senator Mary Landrieu's seat comes up for grabs.  And now, a national rating agency has "downgraded" the Senator's chances of winning re-election.

The Rothenberg Political Report now rates Landrieu's chances as a "pure toss-up" in light of her votes with her fellow Democrats.

University of Louisiana at Monroe political science professor Joshua Stockley says Landrieu is a loyal Democrat and that is tarnishing her image here in Louisiana, a predominantly Republican and conservative state.
