President Barack Obama is visiting flood-ravaged south Louisiana today.

In the town of Zachary, he saw some of the more than 60,000 homes that have been damaged, and visited with affected residents.

In his address, he said the nation is "heartbroken," but that we will band together to get residents back on their feet.
