Louisiana Lottery spokesman Kimberly Chopin says the jackpot is the second largest Christmastime jackpot in ten years.
She says more people buy lottery tickets during the holidays. One of the reasons is that they buy tickets as gifts.
The cash value of tonight's drawing is $141 million.
