Shreveport police detectives are investigating a shooting that left a local man nursing three gunshot wounds. Just before 7:15 last night, police were called to a reported shooting in the 3100 block of Fulton Street. There, they found 34-year-old Clifford Mosely suffering from gunshot wounds to his left buttock and both legs. He was taken to LSU Hospital with what are described as non-life-threatening wounds. Officers then learned that the shooting had actually taken place in the 4900 block of Rightway Avenue, where Mosely had driven to confront another man about an ongoing dispute. Based on preliminary information, Mosely pulled a handgun during the argument and was shot by another man. Detectives are trying to locate and interview possible witnesses to the shooting, and trying to determine whether any charges should be filed.
