All eyes were on the sideline Saturday when Auburn wideout Melvin Ray sprinted to the end zone, scoring a touchdown against the Arkansas Razorbacks.
But also on that sideline was Jack Longnecker, an equipment manager for the Tigers. And during Ray’s entire run, Longenecker was racing right by his side, prompting some to wonder why he's not a player, too.
