Patriotic Banners Adorn Southwest Shreveport Light Poles

The Southern Hills Business Association has, once again, placed red, white, and blue patriotic banners on light poles along Mansfield Road and Jewella Avenue.  

They'll be up through the summer.  The SHBA does this every year as a way of making southwest Shreveport more attractive for visitors and a more inviting place to do business. The SHBA does the same thing in November and December with Christmas banners. Milam Electric assists in the project at a reduced cost to SHBA
