LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A 100-mile bicycle race centered in Little Rock will cause the temporary closure of two popular park bridges as well as a downtown street.

To accommodate the Saturday race, the Big Dam Bridge and the Two Rivers Bridge will be closed to non-event traffic from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. In downtown Little Rock, LaHarpe Boulevard will be closed from 6 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

The Big Dam Bridge 100 Cycling Tour of Central Arkansas is expected to draw about 25 riders, with bicyclists from 25 states having entered.
