Owners Agree to Sell Local Casino

The operator of one of our local casinos has filed for Chapter 11 and entered into an agreement to sell its properties.  Legends Gaming, LLC, operates the Diamond Jacks Casinos here and in Vicksburg, Mississippi.  In court papers filed today, Legends says it's entered into an asset sale agreement with Oklahoma-based Global Gaming Solutions, LLC, for the sale of substantially all of its assets.  Global subsidiaries own Remington Park in Oklahoma City and have a significant stake in the ownership group of Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Legends President Raymond Cook says normal operations will continue at both properties with the existing management team and employees.
