The owner of Wrights Sound Gallery turns himself in for allegedly taking thousands of dollars from a Benton church and never delivering any merchandise.

67-year-old Thomas Bartle was wanted by the Bossier Sheriff's Office for accepting money a few months ago
to provide and install three new televisions in the church sanctuary at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Benton.

Bartle allegedly took a payment of more than $13,000 from the church and deposited the money into his account. However, he never performed the service and over the next several weeks, the church was given a variety of excuses as to why they had not received their merchandise. Without notice to the church, around late March the business vacated the building they had in Shreveport and shut down their phones and website.
