Overnight Fire Destroys East Texas Church

Firefighters are working a fire the Hideaway Community Church on the 1100 block of Lake Cross Road in Lindale.

The fire was reported around 3:30 Tuesday morning.  Officials say the sanctuary has been destroyed.  Several fire departments were still on the scene just after 9 o'clock. 

No other buildings or complexes in the area were damaged.
