Our Favorite Moments from Last Year’s Sportsman’s Expo
Last year's Sportsman's Expo was so much fun that we had a hard time picking out our favorite moments to share. There was good food, great people and the crazy zipline folks dangling above our heads. We also rocked out to some great music and met a few celebrities along the way.
The 2013 Louisiana Powersports Sportsman's Expo is just a few weeks away, and in anticipation for the biggest and best Sportsman's Expo yet we decided to share last year's highlights with you to get you psyched for this year's event.
The Cast of the 'Killing & Grilling Chronicles'
A contest last year had one winner experience a $30,000 hunt in an episode of the show KNG Chronicles.
Cody Cooke & The Bayou Outlaws
Local country artists Cody Cooke & The Bayou Outlaws kept day 2 of Sportsman's Expo rockin, Outlaw Style.
The Amazing Zipline
Many people zipped down the zipline high overhead the crowds, and some even got stuck. Remember that one guy that just hung out in the middle of the zipline? Watch his zipline fail here.
Billy The Exterminator
Toward the end last year's Sportsman's Expo, we got a surprise visit from Billy the Exterminator, who told our sister station that he wanted to hunt "chupacabra and pterodactyls."
The Dogs of Fetch N Fish
These dogs are perfect for hunting and fishing and the demonstration had the young and the old entertained.
The Kid Zone
Last year's show was filled with the laughter and screams of many young children bouncing and sliding on the inflatables in the Kid Zone. We expect even more laughter and fun this year during our first show at the Shreveport Convention Center.
Sportsman's Expo Rattlers
A large pit of rattle snakes, along with a nice cobra who liked to give kisses to the charmers, was featured on the upper level along with the kid zone. This year, we have the Texas Snake Man Jackie Bibby to wow attendees.
