If you live in north Shreveport you may get a visit bright and early tomorrow (Wednesday) morning from the Operation T-Bone team.

Property Standards Inspectors, accompanied by Shreveport police officers and representatives of public works and animal control will be fanning out across City Council District-A for another Operation T-Bone neighborhood sweep.  They plan to roll out shortly after 8:00 am.  It's part of an ongoing effort to eliminate blight in Shreveport neighborhoods.

Large dumpsters will be parked at the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and David Raines Road so area residents can dispose of their old tires, large trash objects, and debris. These are for residential use, only.

Operation T-Bone is one of Mayor Cedric Glover's major initiatives.  It's actually an acronym that stands for Taking Back Our Neighborhoods Everyday.
