Operation Santa Claus is Underway

Operation Santa Claus -- it's all about putting smiles on little faces that otherwise might not have much to smile about at this time of the year.  

The men and women of the Shreveport Police and Fire Departments and the Bossier Sheriff's Office have nominated more than 1,000 needy kids this year, and now we're asking you, as we have since 1984, to help us help them make sure that these kids have a Christmas.

You can drop off your new, unwrapped, toys or cash to buy toys here at our Townsquare Media studios on Westport Avenue -- just down from Wal-Mart and the Crackerbarrel -- during normal office hours. A full list of other locations accepting donations can be found here.
