Oil City Man Killed in Wreck in North Caddo Parish

An Oil City man has died in a one vehicle crash in North Caddo Parish early Saturday.

60-year-old James Washington was headed west on Highway 530 (Belcher Oil City Road) at about 5am when his car left the road, rolled over and hit a utility pole.

Caddo deputies say Washington was pronounced dead at the scene. No word yet on what caused Washington to veer off the road.
