Northwestern State suffered a tough loss last weekend to Southeastern. Tough because they came up just short with a chance to score at the end of the game, tough because they lost one of the country's most dynamic play-makers to injury. I caught up with "Coach Peve" at the NSU Quarterback Luncheon on Thursday.

The Demons (3-4, 1-2) lost 27-22 to Southeastern (3-4, 3-0) in a game that saw three Demon offensive lineman go down to injury, as well as last week's 100 yard rusher Rob Walker.  That's not to mention dynamic return-man, leading receiver, and wildcat back Phillip Harvey who is likely gone for the season with a knee injury.

Here's my conversation with the coach.

After our talk, Coach Peveto would go on to confirm that Phillip Harvey would be out for the season.

The Demons next play Nicholls State on October 27th, it will be the NSU Homecoming Game.
