Funding for a number of north Louisiana capital outlay projects will be on the table when the State Bond Commission meets later this week. One of the larger area projects on the list for Thursday's Bond Commission meeting is $9-million in Priority-5 future funding to replace the North Louisiana Crime Lab. There's $1.2-million for a second phase of infrastructure rehabilitation at Camp Minden in Webster Parish and more than $6-million in Priority-5 future funding for improvements there. Heading east, there's about 7-million dollars for residence hall renovation and library projects at Grambling State University and a little over $17-million -- most of that priority five -- for renovations and improvements at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
