Next Class Starts Soon at Academy

The next Peace Officers Standards Training class starts next month at the North Louisiana Criminal Justice Academy in Benton.  Though run by the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Department, the academy trains law enforcement officers for other agencies as well.  This will be the seventh POST Basic Academy class since the facility opened and, for the first time, dorm rooms will be available.  Those intersted in attending the next academy class or just wanting to learn more about it and what it costs can contact 318-965-3525.
