New cell phone video emerged Wednesday afternoon of the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling by Baton Rouge Police.

The graphic video, shot from a much closer distance, shows two Baton Rouge officers struggling with Sterling. Then, one of the officers shouts that he sees a gun, then tells Sterling not to move. That is followed by a series of gunshots.

Also Wednesday afternoon, the BRPD identified the officers as Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II.

Baton Rouge Police said that the officers involved had on body cameras, but they fell off during the struggle. Police are analyzing dash cam video and a store surveillance video, which may have captured shooting on video.
