New BHP Billiton YMCA to House Largest Swimming Pool For Hundreds of Miles

Executive Director of the BHP Billiton YMCA, Mike Mosura, is as proud as a new daddy. The newest addition to the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana family is in the final stages of construction and will soon be open and Mike is busting at the seams to spread the news about the wonders of this new 60,000+ square foot facility.

Along with a huge basketball/volleyball workout area, the new facility will also feature incredible power lifting and cross fit areas.

However, the crown jewel of this state of the art fitness facility will be the nearly ONE MILLION gallons of indoor/heated swimming pools.

One of the pools, the largest for literally hundreds of miles, will be the site of large scale swim meets and other organized aquatic activities and Mike Mosura visited with me about it.
