Needham Convicted in Federal Court
A Shreveport federal jury deliberated about two hours before finding 40-year-old Gerald “Copperhead” Needham guilty of being a felon in possession of ammunition. He faces up to ten years in prison when he’s sentenced. The U-S Attorney’s Office says he could also face up to three years of supervised release and could be fined up to $250,000. A sentencing date has not been set.
