Motorcycle Accident Fatal

A Bossier City man is dead — the result of a Sunday afternoon wreck on State Highway 157 — just north of US Highway 80.State Police say 48-year-old Michael Paige was headed north on his motorcycle just after 3:30 when he crashed into the rear of a pickup truck that was stopped behind another vehicle waiting to turn left into a private drive. Though Paige was wearing a helmet, troopers say he was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries. The Princeton man driving the pickup truck was not hurt.
