Morning After Pill Now Available to Girls as Young as 15

The Food and Drug Administration says that girls as young as 15 will be able to buy the morning after pill.

And not only that, it will be available on store shelves instead of behind the pharmacy counter.  The previous rule restricted access of the contraception to girls at least 17 and it had to be purchased from the pharmacy counter.

Is this a good move or a bad move?
