Additional details about the proposed Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City have been revealed.  Bossier Casino Venture's William Trotter has told members of the Bossier City Council that the complex will have an 18-story hotel with 400 rooms and end-cap suites.  There will also be a two-story entertainment venue with seating for 1,000 and the Margaritaville restaurant will have searing for 400.  Trotter says the whole theme of the project is to make visitors feel as though they've escaped to the islands.  If voters approve the project on November 19th, construction is expected to start January 1st.  The goal is to the have the $195-million complex open in May of 2013.
