Moment of Silence Observed For Connecticut School Shooting Victims

If you happened to tune in to KEEL Morning News today, and heard nothing, it's because at 9:30 eastern time this morning, 8:30 our time, we paused to remember the victims of the deadly shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.  That was the time the shootings actually occurred one week ago today, and the time those in the city dedicated to observing the tragedy.

Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with the victims' families and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
