The future of the I-49 inside Shreveport is still up in the air. There are several alternatives being considered.

One group to use existing roads and loop around the city.

Since the No-Build Alternative was added as the fifth build alternative, the project team decided to add a third round of Community Input Meetings. These meetings will happen from January 19-21. The meetings will incorporate all affected communities and will provide information on all five build alternatives for the I-49 Inner City Connector.
