A murder suspect is behind bars, less than 24 hours after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Shreveport police say 19-year-old LaDarrius Dewayne Lee was taken into custody this morning after surrendering to authorities at the Shreveport City Jail. He was being sought in connection with the deadly shooting of 39-year-old Herbert Webb, III.

Detectives believe Lee shot Webb during a suspected narcotics transaction in the 3800 block of Jackson Street in the Queensborough neighborhood. He's charged with second degree murder. His bond's set at $500,000.
