The Bossier Sheriff's Office says deputies found 29-year-old Brandon Butler of Benton in the driver's seat of his parked truck in the Legacy Elementary parking lot after 11 last night. Of course, since it was so late, no kids were there at the time.  Butler said he was driving and realized he was too drunk to do it...so he pulled into the school parking lot and turned his parking lights on. He didn't do well on a field sobriety test, so he was taken to Bossier Max, where he refused an Intoxilyzer. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and disturbing the peace drunk.
