Lunch on the Lawn Returns to Downtown Shreveport

A popular downtown passtime returns tomorrow. Lunch on the Lawn is held in the green space on the Texas Street side of the Caddo Courthouse. The free event will be held from noon until one every Friday through November 2nd -- except for October 12th because the Revel will be going on then. Area musicians will perform -- a number of vendors will have food for sale -- and several restaurants downtown will pack and sell brown bag lunches. You can take a blanket and sit on the ground or use the tables and chairs provided by the City of Shreveport.
