More criticism is flying toward Governor John Bel Edwards over what many call his "doomsday" budget proposal to bridge the billion dollar shortage in this year's state budget.

Louisiana State University Shreveport Political Science Professor and political analyst Dr. Jeff Sadow tell's 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty that the plan put forth by Governor John Bel Edwards to avoid what he terms the impending fiscal cliff is "dishonest."

Sadow points to Florida and tax cutting measures taken by Sunshine State Governor Rick Scott as an example of how taking less money from the public sector stimulated the economy and solved Florida's money troubles.
