LSU’s Beckham, Jr. the Face of NFL Madden ’16

Former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., added another jewel to his crown of accomplishments Wednesday, when he was named cover athlete for EA Sports' Madden NFL 16.

Beckham, Jr., now starring for the New York Giants, was the league's Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2014. He had 91 catches for 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns.

At the age of 22, the ex-LSU star is the youngest player ever to featured on the Madden cover. NFL stars featured in previous years include Drew Brees, Brett Favre, Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson.

The newest edition of NFL Madden will be available August 25.
