LSU QB Jordan Jefferson and linebacker Joshua Johns turned themselves in to Baton Rouge police on Friday on second degree battery charges.

A police spokesman says they have contacted coach Les Miles and Nathan Fisher (the attorney for the players) and asked that they turn themselves in.  That happened on Friday shortly after the arrest warrants were issued.
