LSU Football Lands Blue Chip Player Desean Smith
Good news for LSU football fans today. Barbe High School tight end DeSean Smith commits to play for the Tigers.
The 6-foot-4, 227-pounder has verbally committed to play in Baton Rouge. He was considering Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M, California, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Vanderbilt, Boise State among others. Rivals.com lists Smith as the second ranked player in Louisiana. Defensive end Tim Williams is at number 1. He is uncommitted.
