With the LSU Tigers kicking off their 2016 campaign in less than two months, college football analysts from across the country are sizing up the Bengals chances in the always competitive SEC.

According to ESPN's experts, the biggest key to the Tigers taking this year's conference crown comes down to defense, and new coordinator Dave Aranda. Specifically, the sports network says, is this season's biggest unknown, the LSU linebacking corps:

"Former Wisconsin defensive coordinator Dave Aranda and his attacking 3-4 base arrive in Baton Rouge for 2016. The Tigers will be transitioning from last year's 4-3, and Aranda's scheme, which draws up exotic blitzes from its linebackers, will ask more from the unit in 2016. Speedy defenders like seniors Kendell Beckwith and Duke Riley will help LSU's defensive ends attack the edges."

Coach Les Miles charges open the season September 3 against Wisconsin at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
