The Senator, visiting the Shreveport area to make a number of appearances, entered the KEEL studio wearing a bright red tie. But KEEL's McCarty, burning irrational with LSU fever, demanded that the good doctor not only rid himself of the offending cravat, but threatened to cut it to shreds with scissors. Then, Cassidy, a forever Tiger fan who will be attending Saturday's big game, did Erin one better! The Senator sent his assistant to his car to grab his purple and gold, tiger striped LSU tie...discarded the red one and tied the perfect half-windsor in front of one and all!
