There are just a few items on Saturday's election ballot and Caddo Registrar Ernie Roberson says he expects that to mean a low voter turnout.  He's predicting a parish-wide turnout of 9-to-12 percent which is well below the October turnout.  Breaking his prediction down, Roberson says he expects to see about a 5-to-6 percent turnout in those precincts that are only voting on the statewide constitutional amendment and 13-to-15 percent in those precincts that have runoff elections for State House, State Senate, and a Shreveport City Court judgeship.  Voters in Bossier Parish have the same constitutional amendment plus a parishwide referendum on the proposed Margaritaville Casino Resort and three runoffs for seats on the Bossier Police Jury.
