Love Triangle Leaves One Dead In Shreveport

Shreveport police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another in the hospital. The shooting happened in the 3000 block of Morningside Drive. According to police, Boyd Garner,50, went to the home of his estranged wife and discovered Willie Johnson,25, there. The two had a fight and Garner pulled a gun and shot Johnson multiple times. Johnson then armed himself and fatally shot Garner.

Police say Garner and his wife have been separated for several months prior to this. The woman involved was not injured in the melee and the incident remains under investigation.
