Louisiana Wildlife & Fisheries Holding Boating Safety Class

With summer right around the corner, lots of area folks might be thinking about heading out on the water. So this is the perfect time to get familiar with Louisiana’s boating safety laws. That’s the purpose behind a Boating Safety Class being held this weekend.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is conducting the class at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 10th, at Academy Sports, just off of Airline Drive in Bossier City.

The class is free and you can register that day if you’re not already pre-registered. Lunch will be provided.
