Loud Boom Shakes Ground Across Natchitoches Parish

Natchitoches Deputies don't know what caused it, but they've gotten lots of calls about a "loud boom".

Deputies are searching for the source of the loud noise.
The boom could be heard across south Natchitoches Parish just after 5:30 Sunday evening. The incident reportedly shook several homes.
There have been no reports of injuries. We spoke with a representative from the Sheriff's office and they are "aware of the reports of a loud boom in the southern part of the parish and are still investigating".
