Lonzo Armstrong Murder Trial Underway In District Court
Testimony is scheduled to begin Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the second degree murder trial of 38-year-old Demond Carey. Opening arguments were completed Tuesday afternoon.Carey is on trial for the July, 2008 shooting death of Lonzell Armstrong in the 1900 block of David Raines Rd.
Judge Craig Marcotte is presiding; Assistant District Attorney Brady O’Callaghan is prosecuting; Rickey Swift is attorney for the defense.
