Elvis is in the building -- Caddo Correctional Center, that is. Elvis Buck Robinson III was arrested after stealing a neighbor's cockatoo and selling it on Craigslist.

"Sunny," an umbrella cockatoo, was left in a cage on its owner's patio on Soda Point Drive on July 15. When the owner came back home a couple of hours later, the $1,500 bird was missing.

Over the weekend, the owner saw an ad for the cockatoo posted on Craigslist. She arranged to meet the seller and told the Caddo Sheriff's Office about it. At the meeting, they all discovered the bird was, in fact, Sunny.

The seller told detectives he bought the bird for $300 from Elvis Buck Robinson III, who also lives on Soda Point. Robinson was arrested and charged with felony theft.
