Do you think you could hork down a dozen grilled cheese sandwiches - on donuts, no less - then top it off with a S'more...on another donut? Well, that was the challenge Friday for four local radio personalities at Tom+Chee restaurant in Bossier City.

It's the Tom+Chee "Baker's Dozen Challenge" and Chris Evans from KISS Country 93.7, Stifler and Jay Whatley from K94.5 and Chris Dee (Cupcake) from 1130 The Tiger all felt they were up to the task. They were not.

Facing the tray of Tom+Chee's tasty treats, the confident quartet went enthusiastically into their challenge, but facing a 10-minute time limit and their lack of competitive eating experience, they faded as quickly as they started.

In the end, youth was served, with The Tiger's Dee wolfing down 10 of the 12 cheesy delights. Evans and Stifler tied for second and Whatley -"I shouldn't have had two Egg McMuffins for breakfast" - bought up the field.

By the way, if you'd like to take a shot at the "Baker's Dozen Challenge", get details (plus a great meal) at Tom+Chee, at 4200 Airline Dr. in Bossier City.
