Local Business Honored

A Shreveport business is among those named today -- as 2011 Louisiana Small Business Award winners. Louisiana Economic Development and the U.S. Small Business Administration have named Vincent Giglio, Jr., and Universal Plumbing Company in Shreveport as a district award-winner for the Northwest Region. The business was recognized at an event today for small business leaders who make significant impacts in their communities. All of this year's winners will be honored during a private reception at the Governor's Mansion.
