Lindsay Lohan Hits Pedestrian

Lindsay Lohan has had her share of troubles and now she has even more trouble.

Early this morning she reportedly bumped a bystander with her new Porsche while leaving a Hollywood nightclub.  Lindsay was attempting to elude paparazzi and crowds when she struck the manager of the nearby Hookah Lounge as she drove away. Cops were on the scene quickly -- TMZ reports Lohan may have been the one to call them, because of the swarm of paparazzi -- and after interviewing bystanders and the manager who was struck, decided no crime had been committed. Of course, the manager could decide to file a civil case in hopes of landing a big check. </p>
