Lights Out Headed into Downtown Shreveport – Who’s Gonna Fix This? [VIDEO]

I've been griping about street lights being out all around town.

Most of them have been taken care of, but the lights on Spring Street headed into downtown Shreveport are still out and it's quite embarrassing when you bring a guest to our city.

Many of the lights on the ramp to get onto I-20 to go west from Spring/Youree Drive are also out. It's a bit of a conundrum because different government entities are in charge of different sections of road. I just hope this gets taken care of soon!
