A law enforcement official says he sent the video of Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee to the National Football League five months ago. Yesterday, in an interview with CBS News, commissioner Roger Goodell insisted he, or any league executive, didn't see the tape until this week.

Goodell also said the NFL repeatedly asked for, but could not obtain the video of Rice hitting Janay Palmer - now his wife - at an Atlantic City casino in February.

Earlier today, NFL officials said they have no record of the video and no one in the league office had seen it until it was released by TMZ Monday.

But, the unnamed source also said he is in possession of a league official commenting on the Rice video. To see the rest of this rapidly developing story, JUST CLICK HERE!
