Large Hispanic Family Believed to Be Involved in Theft From Plantation Inn
A large Hispanic family is believed to be responsible for stealing from a Shreveport business.
On December 24th, 2013, the family is seen on video entering the Plantation Inn in the 4900 block of Greenwood. According to witnesses, some of the family members ask to see rooms, diverting the clerk’s attention from the counter area.
While the desk is unattended, one of the females climbs over it and disappears off-camera, presumably entering a locked room where the safe is located. She’s believed to have made off with an unknown amount of money, as well as the business owner’s passport and other documents.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $400 reward for information leading to arrests of any of those involved. Take a look at the video below, and call 673-7373 if you can identify any of the people in it. You can also submit a tip on the Crime Stoppers website.
