Senator Mary Landrieu says she will be introducing legislation to make sure anyone who likes their health care plan can keep it if the wish under Obamacare, but she still supports the law.

This comes after reports have come out saying that those who wanted to keep their insurance policies are getting cancelled by insurance companies because they aren't compliant with the Affordable Care Act, despite repeated promises from the Obama administration that "if you like your plan, you can keep it, period."

Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon said about 80,000 Louisiana policyholders will lose their policies because of Obamacare.  Landrieu's legislation would allow policyholders to keep their insurance as long as they kept paying their premiums.

Landrieu also made it clear that she does still support the Affordable Care Act, but she agrees with many that it needs work.
