Imagine hundreds of thousands of crawfish prepared every way possible: Boiled, fried, in etouffe', bisque, boudin, pie, jambalaya and even crawdogs! Add lots of music - and maybe a cold beverage or two - and you have the biggest crawfish cook off in all of Louisiana, the annual Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival!

In addition to the food, this year's event featured crawfish races, an etoufee' cook off, Zydeco and Cajun dance contests and music featuring Louisiana favorites Wayne Toups, Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys and Geno Delafosse.

Thanks to 710 KEEL's Erin McCarty for the photos. It looks like she had a great time! And if you're inclined, you can still catch this year's festival. It runs through tomorrow (Sunday, the 4th) in Breaux Bridge!
