Two 12-year-olds are in big trouble. They've been charged with the Manufacture and Possession of Delayed Action Incendiary Devices. That's a long name for "acid bombs" -- two of which were set off at the Family Dollar Store on Linwood last evening. The Shreveport Fire Department's Scott Wolverton says they were arrested when they went back into the store to buy the materials to make more. Chief Wolverton says acid bombs are extremely dangerous and can cause serious injuries and property damage. Under Louisiana law, making and setting them off is a felony punishable by a fine and/or jail time.
