Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers its final buffet of the spring 2012 semester from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.

The menu for Tuesday, March 27, 2012, is:

  • Assorted Appetizers
  • Curried Chicken
  • Pork Loin with Fruited Onion Marmalade
  • Ham
  • Corned Beef
  • Scallop and Salmon Mousseline
  • Green Peas
  • Creamed Carrots
  • Rice
  • Pesto Angel Hair Pasta
  • Assorted Cheeses
  • Currant Buns
  • Scones
  • Assorted Desserts

The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public. (First floor for to-go orders, second floor to dine in.)

BPCC’s Culinary Arts program provides classroom and laboratory instruction and experience to students desiring a career as a professional chef.
